It’s not your skill.
It’s where your focus goes in that moment.
Every service is built on the same principle: assess, understand, and apply.
Individual work based on sport psychology and coaching principles. From vision and goals to how you actually perform under pressure.
Same depth, same structure — applied remotely. Your process evolves based on how you perform, not where you are.
Breathing, visualization, and cognitive tools applied in the moments where execution is affected.
This is not separate work. It becomes part of how you compete — in training and under pressure.
This is a guided process — built around how you perform, not assumptions.
Map the context.
We map your sport, your level, and where your performance starts to shift.
Establish baseline.
We assess your strengths, limitations, and behavioral patterns — and define goals based on how you actually perform.
Build structure.
A structured process built around your profile, your goals, and how you perform — not a fixed method.
Apply and refine.
Targeted sessions focused on execution, with between-session work applied directly to your training context.
Adjust continuously.
We track how your execution evolves in both training and competition — and adjust based on what actually happens.
I work with athletes on the mental side of performance — how attention, decision-making, emotional regulation, and execution interact in training and competition.
My approach is built on sport psychology, coaching, emotional intelligence, and NLP, applied to real performance contexts. The work is not generic or motivational — it is specific, structured, and built around how each athlete actually performs.
That experience shapes how I approach mental performance coaching. I've lived the gap between capability and execution. I work on closing it.
We work on how you actually perform — attention, decision-making, emotional regulation, and execution. Not just how you feel, but what happens in the moment when performance starts to shift.
No. We work across both training and competition — because how you train is what shows up when it matters.
This is applied work — but also a coaching process. Coaching is not therapy, not mentoring, and not about being told what to do. It is a guided process built around powerful questions that develop awareness, clarity, and decision-making. The goal is not to give you answers, but to help you see what is already there — and use it more effectively in your performance. From there, we apply that awareness directly to how your attention and behavior operate in your sport and competitive context.
No. This is not only for “problems” — it’s for refining execution, improving consistency, and understanding your performance at a deeper level.
Sessions are built around your current performance — not fixed templates. We identify patterns, work on them directly, and integrate the changes into your training process.
It depends on what we’re working on and your level of involvement. Some changes are immediate. Others require repetition and integration over time.
No. The work adapts to your sport — what matters is how you perform, not the discipline itself.
Both. The structure and depth are the same — the work adapts to the format, not the other way around.

I'm a Spanish strength and fitness coach based in Dubai, with a background in high-level tumbling gymnastics and over 7 years of training experience.
I've also worked as a professional circus performer for more than 9 years, developing a deep understanding of physical control, strength, and performance under demand.
Alongside this, my academic background in Sport Science, research, and coaching — combined with certifications in personal training and strength coaching — shapes how I approach every client.
Whether in person in Dubai or online, my focus is always the same: structured training, clear progression, and long-term results.
Sessions can be done both indoor and outdoor. I work across different environments — community gyms, outdoor spaces, with or without equipment.
Most training focuses on doing more. I focus on doing what actually works. Everything is based on principles with structure and scientific backing — not random exercises without direction.
Yes. I work with all levels — from basic conditioning to strength development, calisthenics, and sport-specific performance. The starting point doesn’t matter.
It depends on your level and schedule. What matters is not how much you train, but how well it’s planned and how consistent you can be over time.
Online coaching is fully personalised and based on continuous feedback. I review your technique, adjust your training, and stay involved in how you’re progressing.
You may notice changes early, but real progress takes time. Strength adaptations begin within weeks — structural changes require a sustained process.
Because without structure, there is no real progress. Each session is planned in advance — you know what you’re doing, why, and how to manage your effort.
We start with an initial session to understand where you are. From there, everything is built around consistency and commitment — on both sides.
