1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with MindStride Athletics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

MindStride Athletics offers personal training, strength coaching, and performance coaching services delivered both in-person in Dubai, UAE and online to clients globally. Services include but are not limited to:

• 1-on-1 personal training sessions
• Online coaching programmes
• Strength and conditioning planning
• Movement assessment and correction

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon written agreement between the client and MindStride Athletics. Payment terms, session rates, and scheduling details will be agreed upon individually prior to the commencement of any coaching programme.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate. This policy exists to respect the time committed on both sides.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to beginning any training programme. MindStride Athletics is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions or from failure to follow coaching instructions.

If in doubt about your physical condition, consult a medical professional before commencing any training programme.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information
• Follow all coaching instructions to the best of their ability
• Notify the coach promptly of any changes in health status
• Treat all sessions and communications with professionalism

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including training programmes, written materials, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of MindStride Athletics. Reproduction or distribution without express written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MindStride Athletics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
